April 12, 2022 — Business Aviation Group Has Created an Internship Program to Guide the Next Generation of Leaders in the Business Aviation Industry
Business Aviation Group (BA Group) has developed an internship program and recently onboarded Caleb Rosenberg as the first participant. Rosenberg is a senior studying Airport Management at the University of North Dakota. The company intends to further cultivate Rosenberg’s understanding of the business aviation industry by providing insight and guidance related to their expertise in aviation real estate operations.
“Our organization has seen increasing growth and demand due to the business aviation industry booming in our post-COVID era. The goal of this internship is to truly be a steward of the young generations in our industry which is necessary for our organization and business aviation. I truly enjoy seeing Rosenberg learning more about the industry and much of the real world work can be applied back to the classroom with various projects,” said Cameron Singh, Director of Consulting, BA Group.
Rosenberg became aware of BA Group’s internship opportunity when he was introduced to David Vaughan, Partner with BA Group, through AAAE’s Mentorship Program. A discussion surrounding Vaughan’s industry experience prompted Rosenberg’s interest in BA Group’s consulting and development projects. Rosenberg expects his experience with the internship program to help further establish a path toward acquiring a Master’s in Aviation Management and an eventual career as an Aviation Professor.
“Working as a Project Intern will give me the chance to apply what I’ve learned through my coursework at the University of North Dakota while also allowing me to continue learning from a team of experts who have years of experience in the industry. This team has taken a genuine interest in who I am and my professional aspirations, so having the chance to work with a company like BA Group is a dream come true. There’s plenty of work to be done, but I’m very excited to learn and grow with this organization,” said Rosenberg.
