BA Group Enhancing Northern Colorado Region With 2 Key Real Estate Development Projects

Set to break ground this month, the Discovery Air Campus will begin with a 38,000 square-foot business aviation office and hangar facility. Located on the south end of the airport, it will be the first corporate aviation facility with a 28’ hangar door to be built on-airport within several decades. When completed, the 29.5-acre state-of-the-art Discovery Air Campus will include over 148,000 square feet of office and hangar facility space, in addition to a new FBO Terminal.

Immediately adjacent to the Discovery Air Campus and FBO, BA Group is developing 77,000 square feet of new premium condominium hangars through its Homestead Hangar project.  Consisting of five (5) buildings and twenty-three (23) hangars, the development will be located on the Stearman taxi-lane.  Hangars are available in four (4) unit types, ranging from between 2,600 and 5,100 square feet, and incorporating doors heights of 16’ to 18’.
