Demand remains strong for aviation infrastructure development

BA Group Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Business Aviation Group, LLC (BA Group), announced over 400,000 sf of aviation development currently under design and construction in 2022. With over 11 active sites, from Seattle to Puerto Rico, the company continues to experience strong demand for its aviation-specific design, entitlement, and project management solutions.
While BA Group can accommodate client’s needs in a variety of specific aviation development classes, from tenant finish to small/mid-size hangar development, the strongest segment of growth continues to be in the large (28’/30’ door) business aviation hangar and FBO facility development arena. The continued expansion of this market segment remains an urgent targeted need.
