- Will Mace (Business Aviation Group) and Deborah O’Reilly (Newmark) are commercial Brokers who specialize in Aviation real estate and Airport facilities.
- Mr. Mace and Ms. O’Reilly represented the facility owner in the lease transaction with ZeroAvia and their expansion into a recently constructed Hangar and Office facility located at the Hollister Municipal Airport (KCVH).
- In addition to the lease transaction with ZeroAvia, Mr. Mace and Ms. O’Reilly have placed the same facility into Escrow for purchase with an investment group.
- Mr. Mace and Ms. O’Reilly worked closely with the City of Hollister and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) to secure a TTF (Through-the-Fence) agreement, an incredible milestone for the Hollister community.

About ZeroAvia: ZeroAvia, the leader in developing zero-emission solutions for commercial aviation, has received its second twin-engine 19-seat Dornier 228 aircraft at its headquarters in Hollister, California. The new U.S. initiative will take the system developed in the UK HyFlyer II project and integrate it into the same type of aircraft.
