Hayden, CO – October 8th – HDN Hangars Investment Group, LLC, in partnership with Business Aviation Group, is nearing the finish line on its latest development at Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN). Two new hangar buildings, Hangar Alpha and Hangar Bravo, are set to be completed this fall, marking another milestone in expanding high-quality aviation infrastructure in the region.
Hangar Bravo, featuring seven new hangars, is on track for full completion by the end of October and will be available for lease or sale. Meanwhile, Hangar Alpha is already sold and preparing to welcome its new tenant by late November.
Final concrete apron work is wrapping up this month as crews shift their focus indoors. With heated hangars designed to withstand Colorado’s cold seasons, progress will continue smoothly as the project team finishes interior work through late fall.
