Consisting of five (5) buildings and twenty-three (23) total hangars; the development will be located on the Stearman taxilane. Hangars are available in four (4) unit types, ranging from 2,600 SF to 5,300 SF, and incorporating door heights between 16’ – 18’. The hangars have been designed with quality, efficiency, and functionality in mind and will be delivered with first-rate finishes and amenities.
Northern Colorado Regional Airport is a regionally significant airport located next to I-25 in Loveland, CO. It is owned and co-managed by the City of Loveland and Ft. Collins. The airport is at the epicenter of Northern Colorado and serves as the main conduit for the surrounding communities and Rocky Mountain National Park. The airport is one of the first in the country to incorporate a “virtual tower,” which will make it a controlled Class D Airport. The virtual tower is currently in the process of being certified. The airport is growing significantly, with present operations surpassing 100,000 per year.
