The New Partnership with InterPort Allows BA Group to Answer General Aviation’s Call for Infrastructure

Business Aviation Group (BA Group), a leading aviation real estate and consulting firm, has announced a new partnership and joint venture with InterPort Capital (Englewood, CO). A Centennial Airport based company, InterPort Capital is an experienced capital company specializing in aviation, hospitality, and self-storage development. The new venture consolidates a broad range of experience and creates a vehicle for BA Group to help address the General Aviation infrastructure demand. In conjunction with the partnership announcement, BA Group simultaneously announced new hangar developments at Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) in Hayden, CO (a regional feeder to Steamboat Springs) and Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL) in Loveland, CO. Coined, AeroHDN and AeroFNL, the new hangar developments will follow the successful lineage of AeroColorado and AeroColorado II at Centennial Airport.

Construction on both AeroHDN and AeroFNL is slated to start this fall with expected delivery in the late summer and fall of 2023. Both developments have a diverse program of varied hangars and layouts that are tailored to their respective marketplaces. BA Group is now preleasing both projects and expects to announce additional acquisitions and developments in the near future.
